Jane Northcote is a management consultant
and thought leader in the field of business change. She works with individuals
and teams in the corporate world to accelerate action and implement change.
She graduated from Oxford University in
1976 with a BA honours degree in physics. During the 1980s she managed
engineering teams, negotiated contracts and managed a sales force. In 1990 she
joined CSC Index, an international management consultancy. There she led
re-engineering projects for multi-national clients.
She has been an independent consultant
and trainer since 1997, with clients ranging from large corporations and
government departments to small companies and start-ups. Making Change
Happen is Jane's first book.
